Today I went to the Boscombe branch of Subway around 2:30pm. As I approached the door in my wheelchair, a staff member noticed me and immediately opened the door, offering to help. I declined but he kindly held the door open for me. Inside, the same gentleman greeted me warmly and took my order. When he reached for the cheese, I declined as I have allergies. He immediately changed his gloves to ensure there was no cross-contamination. He quickly prepared my order with a cookie and coffee. After paying, he once again opened the door for me and offered assistance. The customer service today was exceptional, five-star quality. I am grateful for the attentive and caring service provided.
