The service could do with an overhaul and the team have some training on front of house. Given we were the only ones in the restaurant, I had to leave the table a number if times, to follow up on drink, ask for the pitta to be warmed and ask for the bill. Unfortunately they do not sell alcohol and you can't bring your own. Guys you have a little gem there!! With a little bit of investment, together with a byo incentive, you would be packed out every evening..
Loved everything about this place. nice food, good prices, high quality and very friendly. will be back soon.
If you don’t mind a very homely environment then this is the place for you. It’s very basic but the food is excellent and the service was friendly and accommodating. We had an array of dishes and none disappointed! A great first experience of Middle Eastern family cooking.
First night of ‘eat out to help out’ scheme. This was not included in the scheme. Bournemouth was busy and we found this last chance saloon eatery to be substandard. The Halloumi In the wrap wasn’t cooked but cold and tasteless. The mixed grill came out lukewarm with a basic undressed salad. The rice was ok and the chips were piping hot. We heard the microwave pinging lots which we assumed was used for heating up and not grilling the kebabs. No reduction in the bill despite telling them ability the issues several times. Will not be recommending or returning.
I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed with the service and food quality. The staff were helpful, the food was tasty and in decent portion sizes. The only thing I can say is this restaurant could do with some updating inside. But otherwise it was a nice dinner out with relatives.
