The Porterhouse - Bournemouth

This is a lovely traditional pub that has changed ownership multiple times. They used to serve food but have now stopped, including their popular Sunday lunches. It's a shame as many customers were disappointed. In addition, on my last few visits, I noticed people at the bar using inappropriate language, which was unexpected and unpleasant. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment. It's not the kind of pub that Westbourne needs.

This pub is amazing. Whenever we're in the area, we always make sure to stop by. Last night, we had a blast at the DJ/Karaoke night. The patrons are mostly locals, who are very friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

Since new managers took over three weeks ago, the brewery has decided to hike their prices by 30%, taking what was a good value £3.50 pint up to £4.55. Totally unjustifiable given the quality of the offer: Marston’s and the new management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I won’t bother in future: the Libertine over the road (also owned by Marston’s! is cheaper, in better condition and does food as well!

We stopped by this lovely traditional local pub before dinner. The bar staff were friendly and efficient, providing quick service.
