The food quality in my opinion is average and depending on what you ask some portions seemed a bit small, as for the price range it's medium (not cheap but also not that expensive). Will probably...return a couple more times to see if anything has changed.
The trip to the local restaurant is very busy on a Sunday noon. Traditional local cuisine served by friendly family staff. Great puddings.
They made us a fantastic vegetarian dish, roasted vegetables, rice, vegetarian cheese, green salad. Everything just generous and very tasty. We felt very welcome, really nice atmosphere in a beautiful place
One of the most famous restaurants to eat papas de sarabulho. these are beautifully made, very tasty and soft. they are approved. Unfortunately, the rojões, which are typical, were that together with the papas we only eat regularly. dessert was also usual. service was very friendly and...efficient. the prices were in order, although a bit costly at the end of the world.
If you visit you must try the speciality cod-fish. It's a large platter however, and I would recommend ordering it with salad or vegetables and then sharing the dish between two of you. The house red is excellent too.
