The Edison Café Smash Burgers - BOW

Oh my gosh... great burger, maybe the best fries I've ever had, and the chocolate peanut butter milkshake? Yup. Happy girl! A very nice young couple owns it, stop by for a burger and say hi!

Cute little spot. Not a lot of seats, so make sure you get one! Because the burgers are yummy, the Crinkle cut fries are perfectly fried and the salad is surprisingly fantastic.The staff was kind and sweet too!Worth a stop for sure.PLUS “A+” for their packaging choices. No plastic. Environmentally friendly!

The Chuckanut smash burger was incredible…I ordered the special w/bacon and jalapeños. The fries were perfectly crispy too. The owner, Austin, was super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend stopping by!
