Meraki Whitsundays - Bowen

The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is quick and the location is nice, beach view nearby. There are a few vegan options (wish there were more:) veggie burger (ask about the pesto,) mushroom and avocado salad, veggie brekky (replace eggs with avocado,) onion rings, and potato wedges (minus sour cream). I was only there for a quick visit so ordered the onion rings. They were delicious.

We have been staying in Bowen as part of a family holiday to Australia. Horseshoe Bay is a stunning location

We came for dinner and they were very accommodating for food allergies in the group and vegetarian alterations. Very fresh ingredients and salad/veggie options that are just "garnish". Lovely outdoor setting and literally a stones throw from the beach.

We stopped here for afternoon tea and spent a delightful 30 min with well made coffee and other hot drinks. The sweet treats were nice and prices reasonable. The staff courteous and proud of their cafe. It is a beautiful setting for a lazy afternoon.

The café is situated in such a great spot across the road from the beach and there is a good selection of outdoor seating in shade and sun. It's also child friendly with a toy selection for the kids to play with. Staff are friendly but service is consistently slow. We've eaten here 3 weekends in a row and have waited 40-45 minutes each time for our meals. The food is average and a bit pricey, coffee is awful, but they are licenced and it's so nice to sit in the sun and enjoy an ocean view with a cold beer.
