I've had repeated issues with this place when it comes to phone orders, and I have to admit that I share some of the blame for continuing to place orders over the phone despite my previous experiences. Today, I ordered a catfish sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onion, but they only included the onion. Everything else was missing! They really need to take the time to read back orders over the phone to ensure they get them right instead of rushing off to prepare them. Now, I'm left eating my food hours later after picking it up, and the restaurant is already closed. It's so frustrating! I'm really disappointed with this situation!

I ordered a catfish sandwich combo, but I received Swai instead. It would be better if you informed customers about what they will actually get instead of promoting items that aren't available. The fish was warm, but I expected it to be hot since it should be cooked to order. The sandwich was greasy and quite disappointing in flavor. The French fries were barely warm. I won’t be returning. Food rating: 2/5.

Wheelchair Accessibility: There is always handicap accessibility available.

White guy with the glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful both in person and on the phone afterwards. We placed an order at 3pm with a pickup time of 6pm yet our food wasn’t ready until 6:50pm. This guy lied about there being a message on the website stating that there would be a one hour wait time but thankfully the owner was there to offer some type of compensation. Such a shame because the service used to be good.
