Panera Bread - Bowie

Panera is a decent bakery and sandwich shop chain. they offer a lot of baked goods, from bread and bagels to baked. they also have a good choice of suppening, salads and sandwiches and make them a good place for a lit afternoon meal. they offer their entrees individually, as a combo meal with obst or (more! brot or as part of a soup/sandwich combo. panera has always been a favorite of our girls youth sports teams, as it seems to appeal to their diet and makes for a beautiful mid- or post tournament stop. they have a very relaxing atmosphere and a fast/efficient ordering/picking process. this location is only the road from the local sports park, so it is an ideal stop as mentioned above. the facility is clean and the service is nice and helpful. eating here was always fast and fresh. recommend a try for your next baked or soup sandwich gift.

Terrible service at the counter. I was placing an order and the young lady was not focused enough to provided customer service. She had very little interaction, and was not attentive at all. She was very distracted by conversations with coworkers as a matter of fact, and seem to not want to be at work. I’m not from Maryland, but traveling for business and this Panera is not my idea of a well customer oriented one.

This has to be the worst experience I've had at any Panera in my life. The line was out the door. Not because the place was crowded. Because the place was understaffed. The cashier had the worst attitude and was absolutely a disrespectful jackass. He treated customers as if they were an inconvenience to him. He was rude with everyone. This Jackass should be fired. The place was filthy. The coffee station had 3 coffee containers empty. The cold drink station had no iced coffee. The half and half containers were empty. They forgot our drinks and made us feel as if was somehow our fault. This place needs a good manager. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a disaster.

Place is semi clean and a nice place to study. Toasted steak and cheese sandwich was so atrocious to the point where it almost ruined my day. I’ve never had such pungent yet few onions on a sandwich. 10/10 would never recommend! Staff is nice:
