Contribuisci feedbackI’ve placed an order through the app twice, specifically requesting that my subs be cut into three pieces, and both times they were cut in half instead. On my most recent order, I decided to give it another try with a steak sub. However, after a long day at work, I was too exhausted to go back and exchange it.
I've visited this Subway about four times now, and I've had the pleasure of having Ms. Mavis (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) make my family's sandwiches three out of those four visits. She does an excellent job and goes above and beyond for us when preparing our sandwiches. The pandemic has impacted customer service in many ways, but to my surprise, she has restored my faith in it with her kindness and helpfulness. Great job, and many blessings to you!
I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with extra cheese, but anyone can see that there was hardly any cheese on it. The staff member even mentioned she would charge me extra for what little cheese there was. I'm typically a pretty understanding person and would have happily paid for the additional cheese if it hadn't been so stingily served. She literally pinched my extra bit of cheese between her fingers while insisting it would cost more. I found it incredibly insulting and full of attitude. I ended up asking to speak to the manager, which I usually wouldn’t do, but I felt like I was in some kind of joke or prank. To my surprise, she was completely serious and actually consulted her manager about charging me extra. Thankfully, the manager, using common sense, told her no. However, that experience really soured my visit, and I won’t be returning in the future.
I came in for the first time to get a tuna wrap. As I explained what I would like on my wrap, the cashier said that she couldn?t put more veggies on my wrap, when I could clearly count 5-6 cucumbers and some onions. I had barely any lettuce and when I askedfor her to stack more cucumbers and onions again she developed an attitude as if I was asking her for something free. When Iwalked in the store I intended to pay, the polite thing to do would be to inform that extra veggies cost more, even though itdoesn?t so that would mean she is trying to over charge me for what is already offered at that price! I wasn?t asking for moremeat! She actually had an attitude while making my food and never once thought about the energy she was projecting, at work, onthe clock, doing what she signed up to do. Her job. I asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn?t make the sandwich the way Iasked, which wasn?t hard, just a lil more cucumbers and onions. I ultimately didn?t get the sandwich. I never experienced thisat subway EVER!!! Just make it how I?m paying!!!
Approximately 1210 I Ordered online to get the buy 1 get 1 for half deal. Says it'll b ready at 1230. I go in at 1235 and I'm told the order didnt go through yet. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT order the baha fresh or anything else online. Dont k ow if it'sjust this location or what. They seem to be up on their game at the store, but the online thing does not seem to work at all. They didn't even get the order. Ok so 1250 I asked if my order came thru yet. The girl asked the guy and he said yea and pointedto the receipt sittin next to him. So Apparently it did come thru and was just sitting on the table. Now I'm waiting behind 2people. One guy is gettin 3 footlong subs, the other wants the pepperoni for his pizzas sliced in quarters, OMG! Haha! Girl istryna peel the stuck pizza off the baking sheet. 1:06 I finally get my subs. The least they coulda done was a few free cookiesor somethin. So, the gist of the story is, if u order 2 footlongs online dont expect to pick them up for an hour. Get em 2cause the girl was nice
