Contribuisci feedbackEating was pretty good. that waited for eating something, but the business was good. the waiting staff was friendly. we came in after they had an invigorated dinner hour, of what I could say, and seemed to recover from this. each of us had a different meat than our escape: salmon, chicken sandwich and sirloin. the med rare steak was good or medium, but everything was delicious.
We got to our table. Waited for about 10 mins before waitresse even came to our table. Ordered and when food came the broccoli wasnt fresh and could have steamed for about another minute. The baked potato was cold. My steak was burnt on the outside. Which when you ask for well done it doesnt make the steak completely dry on the inside. I'll go back again. Fingers crossed next visit be better.
Food was decent but the service was extremely slow. If we had been there during a busy time I would have understood, but to was 2 PM on a weekday. My SO and I waited more than 5 minutes for a hostess to appear and seat us. During that time, none of the other staff acknowledged our presence, to let us know she was in the back, or would be there shortly. The two waitresses that were working when we came in had 3 tables between them, but wouldn't even make eye contact with us. To be honest we would have walk out after waiting that long for a table, if we hadn't had a gift card to use. Once we were seated our waiter was wonderful, but the kitchen seemed to be the issue. There were a small handful of tables occupied and we were there for over an hour, most of that waiting on food. If it hadn't been for the gift card we wouldn't have chosen Logan's for a lunch spot due to bad service that we've experienced in the past. We figured we'd give them another try, and found that the same issues were still present. We'll definitely be crossing them off our list of places to eat in BG. I've eaten at other Logan's locations, and the issues we experienced seem to be local. This was seconded by a good friend who used to waitress for Logan's when she lived in Texas. I gave them 3 stars because despite the service issues, their food isn't bad, but we'll definitely eat elsewhere next time.
Ordered 2 medium steaks. Got one rare and one well done. Both had medium tags. Server was new didnt know menu and acted if she had things on her mind rather than serving tables.
Never order the pull pork it was literally inedible due to it being 90% fat. I threw away the fat and wasnt even left with enough meat to cover one of my buns. The pictures shows all the meat you cant even pull apart due to being pure fat.
