I tried to call to see if I could resolve this the next day instead of making another 40-minute drive, but that was a problem for her. I offered to speak with someone else, as I didn't want to deal with her attitude, and that too was an issue. She reacted very emotionally, and I let her know that I'd be happy once I received what I paid for. She continued to play the victim, insisting she was the manager, and I told her to stop with the theatrics. She refused to give me her name or any contact information. One of her colleagues was helpful, but the manager made the situation difficult. I plan to return or call to speak with the general manager or someone else. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her unpleasantness; it’s just the first time it’s directly affected me.
I can get in and out quickly. My order is straightforward, making it hard to mess up. As long as I'm content, I’m happy to come back to this Subway for lunch.

We order through Doordash, and every single time our order is messed up. Twice they've completely forgotten the meat on my salad. A lot of times they don't add the condiments like mayonnaise or ranch or salt and pepper. One thing that remains constant is that they ALWAYS forget the cheese, no matter which cheese we order, what sandwich we order, or what time of day it is. My hubby and I joke that if we order a grilled cheese we would probably get sent a plain loaf of bread. They need to pay attention more to their online orders.
