I even went home to inform my partner to feed the kids before I returned. When I explained to the manager that I had already been charged for my original order, which I didn't receive, they still made me pay again. The manager was very unhelpful. In the end, I left without my food. I reached out to the corporate office to request a refund, but I haven't received any response. I would recommend avoiding this location and this chain altogether.
The Russellville Road location in Bowling Green, KY, is not opening its lobby. I attempted to use the drive-thru, only to find out that they do not accept credit cards. It seems like even a 10 or 12-year-old could run this Taco Bell better.
Ordered two $5 request boxes online. they are missing after home and the main specialty item. the nacho chips also lubricated like pool chemicals.
Four items out of our bag were wrong. We only got seven items... So more than half of our order was wrong. And they wanted us to go back, through the long line, in order to get it correct. Because they're still locked up. They still don't have dining room service. The cashier(Laura) was rude and told me I would have to go back through the line. When I asked for a manager, she come to the window with an attitude, I was met with more hostility at their mistakes. We will not return.
