We have been 3 times lately for something quick. Never have any pizzas hot and ready as advertised. We are going at dinner time. You would think to have some pizzas ready for walk ins as I presume that's your main business. Terrible. The manager doesn't care either. Husband said something to her the 3rd time and she just shrugs.

The Hot n Ready pizzas were never actually hot and ready. The manager seems to prioritize speed over the quality of the food and overall customer satisfaction. We were kept waiting for our pizza to be made, only to receive reheated slices with toppings added hastily. It was clear that the two orders were not prepared with the same level of care and attention.

The restaurant offers delicious new menu items regularly. The cinnamon sticks are especially fantastic.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. There was nothing ready to go and the staff seemed disinterested. Four years ago, I gave this place a 5 star review but after today and my recent visits, I have changed it to 1 star. It is disappointing to find that their "hot-n-ready" motto doesn't match reality - waiting for low quality pizza defeats the purpose. Overall, a pretty pathetic experience.

Not as advertised... There wasn't anything ready except a LOT of crazy bread. There were only 2 people working right at dinner time and you could tell they weren't thrilled about being at work.
