I usually don’t get Pizza Nova because I know their prices are higher than the rest but I do know their quality is great. I was trying to order on the app but it’s no good, most suggest to order on the website. I did that but it only lets you order ASAP or at minimum 2 hours out. I wanted to order for 40 min out. For whatever reason despite choosing ASAP the email I received was for 8pm. I went to the location and explained it and they went ahead and made the pizzas ASAP which was super helpful (wasn’t gonna wait around another hour). Staff were super friendly and accommodating.As mentioned before the prices are a bit higher. Even the 2 Med 2 Topping deal was about $27 but it should last a few days anyway. Taste was great and the second Med pizza was a little bit bigger so I’ll take it.

RACIAL PROFILING!Hello @PizzaNova. I love Pizza Nova. I do not write reviews often. However, I can not sit quite when it comes to Racial Profiling! The Lady in this location is extremely racist. She said. “ You people are always making trouble. Many more ….. ”. It is long story.I am asking. Please do not let racial profiling happens to anyone else in this location.

We decided to order pizza from this location for my daughters 6th birthday party. 15 kids plus adults. I attempted to order 2 party size pizzas. But when I got there the order was for 1 party pizza and 1 very small tiny pizza. I politely explain to the employee there must have been a mistake, he said he would have to call the owner and ask permission to just make the party size pizza instead. However this greedy owner wouldn’t budge. On what wouldn’t have even been a loss for the company on I’m sure what cost them $3 to make, he would rather have a very unhappy customer and me with only 1 tiny cheese pizza for kids then allow me to just have what I thought I ordered. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GIVE THIS OWNER MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!!

Had a meatlovers slice (didn't seem like the slice was that old). On a scale of 1-10 would give the slice about a 6. Abit on the small side for what you pay but that's probably all locations since it's a chain. Flavor wise nothing to write home about. The crust left alot to be desired and was dry and not much flavor. In no hurry to go back. Last resort pizza. I know a full fresh pizza from here is alittle better but still not enough to make me want to run back.
