Hey, we have been loving da pinos for years. The quality never disappoints.

A little hidden gem outside the skirts of busy Box Hill and Doncaster. We came on father's day and thought that by hinder the food quality and service, the service was a tad slow but the quality of food was amazing! With a large table everyone was sitting with smiles on their face really enjoying the food, no matter if it was a pizza or pasta. I got the fettuccine carbonara, which was beautiful, the use of Guanciale instead of panchetta was a great addition to add that saltiness of the pasta. Da Pino's is located in a quiet residential section of Station St Box Hill. Well established family run authentic Italian bistro. Staff are welcoming and hospitable and treat customers as if it were their own business. I wouldn't be surprised if the staff know their customers by first name which is priceless in the restaurant industry. <br/ <br/ These guys know what they are doing and do not scrimp on ingredients. The food is extremely traditional and includes things like mussels, calamari, antipasto and a variety of pastas. The seafood spaghetti was the best I have tried in the East, cooked al dente with a good amount of seafood. The pizza offering is also very good. The base is not too thick not too thin and extremely well priced. They also offer Nutella calzone topped with hazelnuts which is to die for! <br/ <br/ Highly recommend for any type of dining experience such as a function, romantic dinner, casual meal or even take away/uber eats. No need to travel to Lygon Street, Da Pino's is a must.

Tasty, classic Pizzas, what’s not to love?We ordered a small takeaway Aussie (with green pepper). The toppings were generous, and the base was nice and crispy on the edges. A great local pizza place (that you can also sit and dine at too).
