The slowest employees on the planet. I had the pleasure that the layer manager made my 3 sub-parts. it was as if the time was switched to slow movement. I never.
The staff was friendly, but service was slow and there were issues with missing ingredients in delivery orders, causing a significant problem. The main reason for the high rating is my sympathy for the employees working there.
I went to this restaurant to order three subs. The first one I asked for was the All American Club. The person taking my order seemed confused and asked me to clarify which sub I wanted. I repeated my order and pointed to the menu to specify the corresponding number. She then said, "Oh, so you don't want any meat?" for a sandwich that usually has three types of meat. I had to explain that I wanted turkey, ham, and bacon. Another person in my group only wanted two tomatoes on his sub, but it took two attempts to get it right. The subs were quickly prepared and packaged, but when I noticed there were only two tomatoes on my sub, the staff added two more before I could say anything. At that point, I just gave up. It seems like this place could benefit from more training.
I would advise against ordering the salad here. It was a very small portion for the high price of 8 dollars. Additionally, a woman came in and complained about her salad being overpriced as well. I also felt like I was completely ripped off when I ordered it.
