Carmelo's has been a favorite of mine for 30 years! They are now renovating so can't wait to see how that goes!! Good Boyertown staple!!

Kid-friendliness: There's a bunch of kid friendly food.

I never write reviews really because I’m a very understanding person because no one is perfect but I became physically sick from the food I got from here. This was absolutely disgusting and ruined my night. I ordered a calzone from their “calzone empire” on door dash and it was completely raw dough through out the whole calzone and disgustingly squishy on the inside and I didn’t notice till I took a few bites. Oh and they also put oregano on cheese fries and ruined them?!!?? Had a horrible experience it was disgusting and my stomach has been hurting since I ate it an hour ago. Ended up throwing up. And I almost served it to my child. I’m very disappointed

Food was excellent, I had the cheesesteak hoagie, this place does not use the cheap steak you find at other restaurants, it was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back to try a lot more of their menu!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
