Chipotle Mexican Grill - Boynton Beach

Probably the worst chipotle ever the huh is always burned and hard and something is always missing.

This place sucks. foods everywhere on the floor, people who go, is so dirty as well, have no forks, and the opposite where they fork all dirty with sauce everywhere. never come again or go to another chipotle. bolay is so clean.

At this point the worst chipotle I've ever been to. They close over an hour early pretty much every night. Put the chairs up on the tables and have someone sit outside telling people they can't order! They always forget part of your order, and give incorrect bowls. I pay for things I never receive every visit. I'd be embarrassed to be associated with this business. I don't know who is in charge but either they are just as lazy as the kids they hired, or they are absent at their store and have no idea how poorly it's run on a day to day basis. I love chipotle, but holy hell this location really does whatever it wants. Consistently a disappointment. I normally give the benefit of the doubt to staff and management but this location has been horrible for more than the last six months. I'm new to this area and so far it's one of the worst things about the move, as I no longer enjoy getting chipotle, which used to make me happy. Sorry to say all of this but it's the sad truth.

We usually order during the evening and afternoons, but I decided to order a Saturday night and let me tell you. The entire order was switched. Didn't pay attention to what the details where. Didn't include anything we wanted. DO NOT GO OR ORDER ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. Will say your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE CHIPOTLE APP EITHER. I don't recommend using this location at all. If I could give them a 0 star out of 5 I would.

Gave this location several times a chance. They messed up my online order so many times. Now I walked in tonight, all the employees were cursing at each other. Kitchen and stove and counters were dirty. Employee had an AirPod in their ear. These employees are lazy and not even caring at all. The manager needs to fire all the employees and hire new ones. Change up this location. This used to be the best location . Now it is not.
