Courtyard By Marriott Boynton Beach

Nice hotel, clean room, I recommend 100%, free smoke inside from room not many hotels smell like this.

The air conditioner did not work. It was stuck on 67 degrees and you could not change it. It blew full force on us all night and we could not sleep. It was also extremely loud. Check-in was a breeze as well as checking out. They were very accommodating with late check out, although we did not use it because it was so cold.

Checked in on Monday, and upon entering, it was clean, orderly, and ready to be used. I immediately found out the smart TV apps, Netflix, Hulu, etc would not work. As well, the hotel wifi was slower then dial-up. I purchased the upgraded wifi, and the speeds actually got slower to the point it was unusable. I made the front office staff aware immediately, and the issue was not resolved during my entire week stay. The bistro they have is awesome, and the lovely lady working it was fabulous.

It’s 1:40 am. We got up and left. There was multiple roaches when my fiancé got up. The room smelled moldy and musty. Like you could get sick smelled so bad. Could barely get the water to work. Totally disappointing being a loyal bonvoy member. When I called Marriot directly after explaining my situation and being put on hold they lady hung up. We are headed to the Hyatt needless to say.

All of the stars have to go on 5 because they have good quality in everything I recommend if you wanna stay in a hotel I would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Boynton BeachRooms: The room where incredibly amazing they were soft and slept well when I was here in Marriott Boynton t
