Dunkin' - Boynton Beach

Dunkin is overdue. Really enjoyed the pumpkin muffin. Very humid and tasteful.

The products were very good and fresh. The service was something out, but in all fairness the girl was new.

This is a very busy Dunkin Donuts yet since it has opened post coronavirus that are only one or two tables in there everything is behind lucite and they're incredibly clean so there's a big turnover so nothing is stale. I feel craving your Duncan that's the one to go to

The staff in the kitchen displayed a significant attitude problem. They messed up our order on two occasions: first, they prepared only one sandwich instead of the two we requested, and then they used the wrong type of bread. It seems like they’re not properly utilizing the computer system or following established procedures. Other Dunkin' locations use a label on the bag to prevent mistakes, which would have helped here. We also didn’t receive the Beyond sausage that we specifically asked for. My husband attempted to have the issue resolved, but it felt like it was too much of a hassle for them. We will not be returning to this location and I cannot recommend it to others.

The restaurant is situated in a fantastic location at a very convenient intersection! The staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, especially since I was feeling indecisive and a bit sleepy. They worked quickly, and I hardly had to wait at all! There was ample parking available, and I managed to find a spot right in front of Dunkin. They also offered me some great deals to help me save money, which I really appreciated.
