Dunkin' - Boynton Beach

I love this duncan! Especially the two ladies at the counter are on the ball, and are very kind! Very nice all the time for me. I've been there for years! I killed her when I had to leave. I'm back in Fla and I was a treat to see her again. That MY favorite duncan!

If I had the option of give negative starts I would. I went there to order an ice coffee and gave the cashier the instructions to make it. The coffee was not made the way I like it so I went back to tell them to make it how I wanted. The cashier (Asumma A. was very rude and told me that I don?t know how to order the coffee. Then she told me that she will give me the money back but won?t make it again for me because I don?t know how to order. I order the same exact coffee every and when they don?t do it as I like it they always re-do it until they make them the way I like it as it should be. If you are paying for a coffee the less they can do is make it the way you want it. Thanks to Asumma A. the cashier I won?t be going back again to this Dunkin Donuts again some people just don?t know how to deal with clients my advise to those people (Asumma A. look for another place to work it will be better for them, the client and the company.

Dunkin is the go to for everything in the morning, Coffee, Bagel, Breakfast Sandwiches, Cappuccino, Iced ? Flavored you name it.

Have you been to a Dunkin Donuts that doesn't have a donut or munchkin you are looking for? This place has not disappointed yet. Too bad the chain has no consistency. Anyway, this one's pretty good.....

Iced coffee here is MORE expensive here than many other nearby locations, AND the coffee is NEVER consistent! Today's cup tastes completely watered down...not acceptable when these large iced coffees (here) cost $3.52/cup. Also, the staff are always grumpy and stressed. Finally, there are groupies that hang outside and SMOKE their stinky cigarettes. One must walk throughthose disgusting clouds of smoke to get inside. I now quit this location once and for all. This location needs better qualitycontrol and a fresh new staff!!!
