Contribuisci feedbackI have an order for pickup, 4 sushi roll 1 app. I received the estimated time, the order should be ready so that I showed up 5min early. the order was not ready. I have been waiting on the front for a total of 45 minutes for my order. the staff are not all very friendly to say the less. they didn't even give something back on the deck to apologize for the delay. the customer service needs significantly improvements. 2 of the rolls were not the ones I ordered. it was easy to say, 2 contain crumb I ordered no with crab. So, bad experience for me, I do not recommend that I do not go back. I give 2 stars because the appetizer was good, eating was not bad, not wonderful, but they saw nice were ok. there are no problems afterwards so fresh fish.
What a great night by myself the food was awesome and service was good also. Would recommend Kimora to anybody
How is it possible that this place has more than 1 star????Every time I have given an opportunity for a different experience it gets worst! They should not be in the people business, the hosts should be attending to dormant non living objects.THEY ARE RUDE, actually rude is a compliment. Forget making a reservations, you stand a better chance at walking in. They close at 10 yet choose to stop taking hibachi seatings at 9:15. Jaylyn Alisha shouldn’t be the face of any organization just awful!
Mediocre at best. I got the hibachi chicken entrée. The fried rice was merely real fried rice, it was just white rice tossed with some butter and pepper. Basic. The chicken plain, over cooked. The veggies boring. All of it had no favor! BUT TO TOP ALL THIS I found stuff IN MY FOOD! A straw wrapper in my food. DISGUSTING.
Says they are open til 11 but that's not the case AT ALL!! This place disrespects their clients and has NO IDEA what customer service is!! This business can burn to the ground and their MANAGERS deserve to be fired for insubordination and misrepresentation. Save yourself
