Contribuisci feedbackThe drive-thru experience was quite disappointing. They overcharged my order and were rude when I called to address the issue. I strongly advise against ordering from here; it feels like a complete rip-off. The overnight staff, including the managers, were unprofessional. I will definitely not be returning.
I didn't even get to the eating part. Thankfully, I didn’t have to spend any money here! The woman in the drive-thru was the rudest staff member I've ever encountered. I was trying to order two Chalupas Supreme with beef, and she snapped at me, asking, "What? What do you mean, Supreme beef?" I repeated my order, and she yelled the same thing back at me. I politely suggested that she could be nicer to customers, and she just started barking like a wild animal! I will never return to this location again!
Frustrated, I parked my car and went inside to talk to a manager. I detailed my experience to her, emphasizing the lack of empathy I faced. The manager apologized and assured me she would address the issue with the drive-thru staff. After this experience, I will never return to this location again!
Closed at 2am, not 5am. Even though lights were on and 3 cars were in the parking lot, no one ever came to the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to McDonald's. While leaving McDonald's I noticed some employees walking around inside. Someguy who didn't have on a Taco Bell shirt walked out the front door. If you are going to close early, you could at least put asign up instead of misleading people into thinking you are open.
I?m not one to post reviews. Especially if it?s just a small mistake made by the cashiers or something. But this really disgusted me. As a Covid long-hauler, I am unable to eat red meat. I ordered a black bean burrito through Grubhub just toreceive one that looks nothing like it?s supposed to with tiny chunks of steak hidden here and there. I noticed the bad tasteafter biting into a piece of the hidden steak. After a year of not consuming meat, I feel ill and disgusted that I ate this.Please do better.
