This is the type of place that charges you for extra sides of sauce, when no other Wendy?s does. Pretty sure they were just trying to pocket some extra change.
Horrible! Lady at the drive thru had a horrible attitude, drop the card. She got mad bc we change our order.
Worst service ever. Went in asking about a $20 bundle they have posted on the wall. The guy tried to charge everything individually for a total of $11 more to it. He brought up his so called manager Emely and you can tell she didn?t even want todeal with it, she ignored the issue, never once asked us what we needed help with but went with the guy that was taking ourorder. I?m guessing they were dealing with another issue in the drive thru and we we were left unattended without them eventrying to solve our problem. All we wanted to do was eat ?? Me and my family waited 5 minutes seeing if someone was gonna comeback to take our order but ended up leaving cause of the poor unprofessional customer service the manager had
Food was good, but waited like 8 minutes alone at the register for someone to take our order, with a lot of employees just walking by the register, just weird
