Blackbird - Bozeman

I arrived right when the restaurant opened and managed to get a table for five without a reservation. Everyone ordered pasta dishes, and they were truly delightful. Each dish presented a creative twist on classic Italian recipes, and the pasta was cooked to perfection—just the right al dente.

The pizza and service were excellent. Although we were seated in a different section and didn't get to watch the kitchen in action like those in the main dining room, we enjoyed our meal. A few days later, we tried pizza from another restaurant in Bozeman and found it to be a bit better.

We went for our Anniversary and we felt stuffed in a dark corner depressing. The appetizer of bread and housemade burrata were our favorites. Very expensive main courses were one note and lacked pizzazz. Spent over 150.00 easily and left hungry for more. Ambiance was nice but the squished feeling was unfortunate. This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! My friends and I were thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was!

Came for dinner and loved every bit of our meals, from the bread to the pizzas! It was definitely the best pizza I've ever had before! Highly reccomend if you're looking for a good Italian spot.
