The Create Your Own Shake and Chocolate Devotion were amazing. This is top notch quality!

The order had some other ice c ream in it than what I ordered, so it ruined the flavor. Either the utensil or prep surface was not clean. The cups were not full to size, and the lids were for a smaller size so they were useless and melty messy. It was an expensive order so Im really disappointed.

They provided the wrong size Ice cream and hid it in a larger cup. not what I expect when ordering cold stone.

I order the MINE PORTION received The LIKE IT PORTON! And was charged for the MINE PORTION! This is the 2nd time consecutively this has happened !!!!! GET IT TOGETHER COLD STONE!!!!

Ive ordered from this store multiple times in the last few months and every single order either gets messed up or nothing is there or made when the driver gets there.
