Pretty good. lady at the window was super nice, but definitiw not the blizzard. she said it was too insane. she turned the other so that was disappointing, but tasted good.

The line is always really long, and the staff is not overly friendly, but they get the job done and the food is very good.

Showed up behind a massive line at 9:35 (25 minutes before close), and despite the massive line and the fact they weren’t anywhere near closing had closed the grill. If no one had been there I could understand, but when you have clear demand, closing down is not only lazy, but bad business

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is outstanding. The happy staff shows that they genuinely care about their customers.

The burgers are consistently decent, but it seems like the teenagers and college students tend to hang out a bit too long. The fries are almost always cold and soggy, which is disappointing. Although it's supposed to be a fast food place, the wait time to get through the line is around 20-30 minutes, so don’t expect it to be quick. Be prepared to wait a while for your food, even if you're just at the window.
