Hokkaido Ramen House - Bozeman

It was kind of hard to get to, but there was construction in the area so that might improve. The ramen was good, the eggs in the tonkotsu ramen were perfect consistency, the portions were very filling, had a nice selection of tea drinks.

Came in here a little bit ago and as always, amazing delicious ramen! Came out so quick too!Why I'm writing this review is because it inspired me to start making my own ramen. And I'm surprised how easy it is, especially with many recipes there to do. But when I need a bowl of ramen and don't wanna make it, Hokkaido is the spot here in bozeman!

Best ramen in Bozeman hands down. Reasonably priced for the portion you get. I usually eat half in the restaurant and end up taking half of it home. Boba drinks are served in very nice reusable cups.

Very yummy food. Was ready quick. Our cashier and server were very friendly. The appetizers were delicious but small. The ramen soup was very filling, and the variety was enough to satisfy 4 different people with different tastes. The Boba drinks were delicious with a lot of choices.Parking: At the time we were there, 2pm on a Saturday, we were able to get a nice spot close to the restaurant. I can see it being busy and more difficult to find a close space during certain hours, though. The parking lot is shared with other businesses.

Food is good but reason for 3 stars is the whack hours. Place will go from full service to takeout to back to full service. Inconsistency will sink a business faster than saving money here and there.
