Midtown Tavern - Bozeman

We just went here for lunch now that they are open during the day and it was such a great experience! The game room was so much fun and has a huge selection. Our bartender Donnie was so nice, gave us such great service and we loved talking to him!! The food was fantastic, we both had a different burger and added jalapeños. The buns are so soft but crispy when you take a bite.YOU MUST GET THE PARMESAN FRIES!! Great place, great service, great food! Highly recommended!

Yes, probably, but with a few disclaimers. 1. Food is good, but something too expensive. The service is terrible. The restaurant is very loud.

Maybe it was just really busy for Valentine's Day, but it took a really long time to get out for food and drinks. Not the cheapest place, and the food is just okay.

Great dinner with friends, with excellent service from Kyle. We loved the food, from wings to burgers, to fish tacos and parm frits to the ingenious chicken flatcake!

With so many other options in Bozeman, I would like to recommend Midtown. I can't really understand why they can't get the food and drinks right. First I was informed that they did not have freshly squeezed citrus for the rather expensive cocktails. I'm sorry, but if you want a cocktail menu, squeeze fresh citrus! And get someone who knows drinks to develop a decent menu. We ordered fried green tomatoes (ok, not my choice, to be fair), but they were obviously a frozen product that was about 75% bread around mushy green tomatoes. It seemed that about half of their articles were deep fried, and the fish tacos were just lame. Three stars are generous, as far as I know, these people have several restaurants in the city, and they have a good competition. Maybe most of their clients don't care, but I won't be back.
