Noodles And Company - Bozeman

My whole experience Noodles Company was a disappointment. The staff seemed stuck in a rut, no smiles, or friendly comments. Service was lacking get up go, worst of all was the Atmosphere there was nothing that showed the employee's cared about cleanliness the bathroom ? was a mess not very over all clean, in the soda area had not been touched w/a damp towel for hours, the bowl where we filled are drinks was sticky made us not want to fill our drink cups. It was our 1st time to eat there, not to sure if we would go back. We are still trying to figure out how our bill could be almost $50. for 2 people.

They fixed a very simple mistake happily and even gave us a free appetizer as an apology. They were so kind over the phone and I was thankful for this positive experience.

Make sure you ask for gluten free noodles even if it's got the gf icon on the menu, made that mistake last time. Otherwise the food is great and so are the people ?

Clean restaurant, VERY fast service, and the cashier even brought it to us since she remembered our faces! The food is always hot, and there's a wide variety of different options for different dietary needs. I also really love their attempts to be more sustainable, like asking whether or not you need plastic ware.Dietary restrictions: GF, DF, Vegetarian, zucchini noodles, lots of options
