Panda Express - Bozeman

Lunch ordered for delivery. Do not get any utensils. In this order was an egg roll and some cheese rangoons. No SAUCE delivered with them. No reception. Never again.

Tried calling 3 times around 11:30 to see if they were going to be open or not (they've been having staffing shortages), nobody answered, their hours online said they were open, and online ordering appeared to be open. So I made the 20 minute trip over on my lunch, only to get there with the doors locked and a sign saying not opening until 1. Now I get that there are staffing shortages, but they either need to be updating their hours accordingly or answering the phone. Most of us are making the trip on our lunch break and it's unacceptable to pull up to be greeted with a piece of paper saying late opening.

Portions bigger than bite size and as you can see the rice is clumpy. You cannot cut the meat with plastic utensils. The employees don't wash hands after eating or picking up trash. The tables and floors were dirty. Didn't keep front product stocked for service. Chow mein was practically dry and you had to wait up to twenty minutes for fresh batch.

Great friendly fast courteous staff great food fresh and great even short staff.

Yum, they just kicked out fresh Chow when I came here. Thanks for work so hard
