We order from Papa Murphy’s often, and normally everything is amazing. But recently we had an issue with an order. It was ridiculous to deal with the employees at the local Lawrence store. Employees are rude and disrespectful. Manager-Margarita was horrible to deal with. I’ve talked to her three times about a problem. Each time she tells me she doesn’t remember me and gives excuses and different answers. She refused to give me her managers or the owners name. Only that “he” was a firefighter and was not available because he was at his other job. She refused to give me his name, just that he was a firefighter, which wasn’t relevant at all. After a couple of minutes of that fun she did tell me his name is Chris and hung up on me. I contacted the corporate office , who resolved my issue, and filed a formal complaint against the local Papa Murphy’s.

Staff was very respectful and did an awesome job even when they were obviously extremely busy. You guys in Marshall are doing an awesome job. Keep up the good work.

Pizza is delicious. Staff are so rude. They had a hand written note on the door saying they closed at 7 PM despite the website saying 7:30. I show up to pick up my already ordered and payed for pizza, and the staff refused to make eye contact or open the door. My pizza was just sitting on the counter. The young red head working was so sassy when she finally opened the door. So disrespectful.

I spent $40.00 on two pizzas and they didn't put much of anything but onions on them. They decided to stock the shelves in the middle of making it and I should have asked for my money back when they almost wrapped it up with nothing on it but ranch! Then they don't answer the phone so I can complain and ask for my money back!!! Why would I pay $40.00 for an Onion pizza! They make my stomach sick! And who would?!? It's bad enough that I had to cook it before finding that out!
