Called the store for some details on my order, they let the phone ring until the store closed and automatically hung up on me. Then waited over an hour and a half to get a notification from my bank directly that my order was refunded. This is not thefirst time something similar has happened.
I ordered $80 worth of food and was initially told it would take 45 minutes. That wait time kept increasing—first to 50 minutes, then to 60, and eventually to an hour and a half. No one at the restaurant was answering the phone. The tracking messages indicated it was out for delivery, then later stated it wouldn’t arrive for another 30 minutes. Customer service only advised me to reach out if it wasn’t delivered in a few hours. The pizza finally arrived two hours late, and half of our order was missing. The cheesy bread was burnt and only partially cheesy, and the pizza was ice cold.
I don't understand why they ask customers for delivery instructions if the driver doesn't bother to read them. I specifically requested a contactless delivery and asked them not to knock or ring the bell. Instead, the driver rang the bell, which set off my dogs, so I shouted through the door. After that, he continued to knock, making my dogs even more agitated. If you want to earn good tips, maybe you should follow simple directions! To make matters worse, everything I ordered arrived cold and was not cooked to 'well done' as I had requested. Does anyone at this restaurant have any work ethic or take pride in their job? I won't be ordering from this place again. I just wasted $30 on subpar food!
I ordered the wings and they were amazing! They were large and delicious. I will definitely be ordering them again. Additionally, the staff was outstanding!
