I have been to this restaurant many times since it was called Shine. Shine was great, but Connie is even better! This is a beautiful, friendly, family-run business with healthy and indulgent options. My go-to order is the Bacun Cheeseburger with Caesar Salad because both are incredibly delicious. However, every dish I have tried from the menu has been fantastic. The chicken salad sandwich, mushroom melt burger, spinach salad, Portabello grilled cheese, and rainbow noodle dish were all amazing. I have been consistently impressed with every meal I have had here. Do yourself a favor and eat here, you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Connie, for your amazing work!

My partner and I stumbled upon this hidden gem while I was staying in a cabin in Bracebridge. We were surprised to find a plant-based café in Bracebridge as we are from Waterloo, so we had to give it a try. We were blown away by everything. I was expecting typical café food, but I was pleasantly surprised. We tried the unicorn smoothies, which were delicious and a portion of the proceeds went to Muskoka Pride. We also received a free cookie with our drinks, which was a nice touch. For our main meals, we had the bacon and cheese burger with rice paper bacon, which was amazing. We also tried the creamy gnocchi with Caesar salads, which was to die for. The staff even brought us water while we waited for our food. I can honestly say it was the best meal I've had in a long time. Even weeks later, I still think about it. This is the kind of plant-based food that anyone can enjoy, regardless of diet preferences. It is decadent, flavorful, and inventive. Although it is on the pricier side, the quality of the food and ingredients is worth it. We can't wait to go back and try more dishes from the menu. Connie's Cafe is a must-visit!

We were thrilled that Muskoka has a new vegan place, and we found the staff to be very friendly, with super fast service. The smoothies are perfectly refreshing, and the black bean burger was one of the best we've ever had. I loved their Caesar salad too. Everything was fresh and on point.
