I just bought roast pork from here today at 3.30pm and it took almost 30 minutes for my order to be completed and the meat was cold. I would not recommend coming here unless you are willing to wait incredibly long for one thing and risk getting food poisoning. Better to get your roast pork from Inala or Sunnybank! I used to be a loyal customer of BBQ by Burlington, but I was left disappointed after the recent change in management. The quality of the duck has declined, and there are hygiene issues. During my visit, the lady serving me didn't wash her hands after handling money and food. Very concerning and unacceptable. Hygiene practices should be a top priority for any establishment, especially when it comes to handling food. I hope the management addresses these issues soon. The girl at the counter was too busy to look at her phone to serve as a start, then had to wait ages for our very simple noodle meal to come out. It's not even lunch time yet, at least 5 people are still waiting for their meals to come out. The food tasted over flavoured and very salty.
