So I met up with two friends here. Best friends? Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. I had to take a two lane roundabout on my way there, which let me tell you is not my strong suit. Anyway the staff were quite good, and friendly, and they smiled a lot at my dog and my child, so as far as I am concerned they should all get a raise. The food was fine. The chicken was good, but the Mac and cheese portion was unseasoned and, unfortunately, made up too much of the dish. Coffee was good. I should have bought an iced latte but I did not my fault!

Great food and great coffee. The staff is helpful and friendly. Gets busy in weekends I guess because it probably is the best option in area.

Have you ever had corned beef with your eggs Benedict? I hadn't either.. until this one fateful day a puppy play date brought us here. Love me a good coffee.. they delivered. Eggs Benny with that proper good holly sauce? a must have! They delivered. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be going again. Bonus that the little woofer can come along.

Absolutely wonderful food made with love from quality ingredients. I thoroughly recommend the ricotta hot cake which was heavenly! Wait staff were very friendly and hospitable, and the decor is very pleasant. Seven South might be my new favourite cafe now!

A five star experience from beginning to end. The drinks were excellent (free sparkling water!! , we also had iced coffee, iced mocha, iced latte, and a juice. Food-wise, we had two orders of bacon and eggs, salmon and fennel, tacos, and eggplant toast. Everything was presented in a thoughtful manner, with above-average taste complimenting every aspect of it. We also got banana bread, cheesecake and chips as sides. The eggs were made very well, very fluffy, and cracked pepper was offered for all dishes. I should note that the cheeseburger looked very good, although we didn’t get it. The service was also immaculate, every worker was extremely friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations.
