Pizza Hut Stretton

Ordered a cheese pizza and it came all messed up. The company reprasentative first offered me a $20 credit, then later it was $10 not 20 and then when I asked why is that he stopped responding so the offer could expire (very cunning). And instead of giving a voucher he wrote I had to call the store and ask for a person to give me a voucher which is just stupid as I don't want to be calling anyone and making everyone confused at the store running around but but rather get a voucher and use it online. So frustrating, I have been using this location and wish the customer service was better. Order : Vadym_L-5b48569c

This place should shut down. They don’t give a stuff about the kind of food they’re making. Pizza was like cardboard, no toppings, no cheese, no sauce. Wings were undercooked and bland. If I were the workers here I’d probably find a new job as they sure as aren’t meant to be cooking pizza. I’d only give it a star for delivery timeframe, otherwise it would get negative 5 stars. Ordered 2 x 4 pizzas and 4 sides deal and 1 x 3 pizzas and 3 sides deal for a family gathering. They arrived at requested time, piping hot and they were the nicest pizzas we have had for a very long time. Very pleased with the generous toppings and got exactly what we ordered. Delivery driver forgot a drink, but made a special trip to bring it. (I didn't even realise it was missing, so thank you for your honesty). We use to use another pizza franchise, but Pizza Hut Stretton, you have won us over.

So a better pizza than the last time I had Pizza Hut, and 300% better then dominos, fresh thin n crispy base and nice and crispy, not over done, good topping distribution, happy to say I would recommend Pizza Hut to anyone how would like a good pizza, one loose a star as I requested anchovies on my supreme and at $3.95 for them I would have expected to get least one per slice, but I was wrong.. that being the only issue I cannot complain about anything else good work Pizza Hut nice to see your standards are lifting

Ordered through Uber eats delivery was really quick so I don’t know how they manage to make the pizza feel like it was made yesterday. The dough is dry everything is overcooked and very salty. I had exact same pizza from the valley store and it was great That’s why I’m ordering again, very disappointed
