Diggers Pies - Bracken Ridge

I have had numerous pies from Diggers Pies and they continue to exceed my expectations every time. There are a great variety and a decent price too. Definitely would recommend this place. I would even suggest this rivals the famous Yatala Pies.

Hot pies, tasty fillings, lovely ladies working the small shop. A couple of simple tables and chairs outside if you want to eat there. I did, I couldn't wait to try one. Had the steak and mushroom. Excellent. They do sandwiches also

Our brother informed us that a ''real Australian experience' is to have a Diggers Meat Pie - so, true to form, we stopped of to make our selection. What a lovely variety of meat pies to choose from! So we decided to take our 'home' to enjoy. One pie filled us up nicely, so no need to feel that you won't be satisfied. The price was reasonable as well. Therefore - Yes - add Meat pies to your list of 'must experience' while on your visit to Australia:)

Want a decent pie? Go to Diggers!I have been frequenting this place for years and even when it changed ownership the quality remained.You can select normal size, Diggers size or family size and, each time, I have been well pleased with the result.The selection is good, the filling is generous and it is always hot. Head and shoulders above most other pie shops I have been to.

Nice selection, but quality varies daily. Do like the chicken and cheese. My wife likes chunky steak, but they need to be freshly baked.
