Gourmet Burger Kitchen

We had a great experience on our first visit to this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We both ordered burgers and shared some fries, as the burgers were a good size. We were impressed by the speed of service and how delicious everything tasted. The prices were reasonable, so we will definitely be returning. Thank you!

The burgers here are simply the best in the area. They have a lovely smoky flavour to them, unlike anything else. You can buy GBK branded burgers in Waitrose but they taste nothing like the restaurant ones. Oh, and it's not just their burgers their Cajun fries and onion rings are also excellent, crispy and not greasy. Excellent food that keeps me coming back (we even get Deliveroo orders to my workplace as a rare treat!

Terrible food. We ordered two burgers medium rare and they were charred and burnt. The size of the patties was another issue we had, they were kids sized and you couldn’t even see the burger beneath the bun.

Absolutely zero gourmet quality about this experience. Order at the table via QR code, disinterested staff, cold fries and zero atmosphere and not cheap! Really disappointed. Save your money and go to MacDs or Five Guys.

This restaurant in Bracknell is the worst. It's just a small step above McDonald's but at twice the price. The restaurant has canteen-style tables and you have to order at the bar, there is no table service. They only had three choices for starters and one of the items we wanted was not available. The selection of cocktails and drinks was not great either. The cocktails we wanted were not available. The service was poor, with fries coming out over 5 minutes after the burger. It seemed like they were more focused on takeaways like McDonald's rather than the customers dining in. No one came to ask if our meal was okay, probably because they already knew the answer. I could see the kitchen staff from my seat, and noticed they were eating and drinking cans of coke in full view of the public. I was extremely disappointed and it's no surprise that this was the only restaurant in Bracknell that was struggling for customers.
