Get order , get home after a 12 hr shift to find the teriyaki burger missing !! Tried to call several times and guess what obviously no one knows how to answer a phone these days !! Overall experience -20 from the miserable customer service when ordering to the payment to then get home to find your food missing!! Such a big company your customer service is shocking!!
This is the third time purchasing a large bargain bucket that they have not put a single piece of breast meat in, only thighs band legs. As I pick up in the drive through you don’t have time to check your order due to vehicles behind. Well done Bracknell KFC you’ve now permanently lost a customer!
Went through the drive through for a “mighty bucket for one” Got to the pay window, and got a grunt from a middle aged man who thrust a card payment machine at me. Paid for my meal and was handed a straw. A straw! No tissue, no wet wipe, no salt. Just a poxy straw. Got to the food window and was given my meal. Still no other bits and pieces. Got home. Chicken was as dry as the tissue I didn’t get. Chips were overcooked in dirty oil, soggy, and the Pepsi was warm (no ice) and as flat as dishwater. It will be a very long time before I go back there. The place is long overdue a visit from an area manager.
Horrendous attitude when called to find not only where but why our orders was so late (over 2hours) to be fobbed off with a pathetic excuse. No care total pathetic attitude, not our concern thoughts. Contact who you ordered with. Only it’s kfc as the front person . They are the company we are ordering from and they are the representatives.
2nd time got to crowthorne and a fillet burger not put in order when paid for then try to call and get no answer 12 pound of food paid for not given
