Contribuisci feedbackIt's such a shame that this restaurant has declined in quality. I had my first kebab here about 15 years ago and it was great. I used to come in regularly, but it changed ownership a couple of years ago and has been terrible ever since. The food quality has decreased with each visit, and I have decided to stop going altogether. The staff is okay, but the food they serve is mostly inedible with cheap meats that have an awful taste. The prices have also increased significantly, making the overall experience disappointing. It's a shame to see this place go downhill.
This is the worst kebab I have ever had in my life. The Donner meat was freezing cold and so dry that it was difficult to swallow. The meat had no taste at all, it must be very cheap quality. The chips tasted like cardboard, everything was terrible. I will never order from this place again.
I used to be a loyal customer of this restaurant, but today I was disappointed. I politely mentioned that my kebab was cold and not up to their usual standard, but instead of an apology, all I received were excuses. I was told that no one else complains about their food, which was unacceptable. If they continue to treat customers this way, they will not last long in business. The staff need to understand that customers pay for their wages and expect edible food. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will not be returning. They have lost my business for good.
Had a kids meal , not a big eater . Great value for money. Friendly staff . Didn't keep me waiting , served hot and still hot by the time I got home . Thank you
Kings have got it right!. They have managed to maintain the quality of their meat at a reasonable price. The salad is always fresh and the the portion sizes are more than ample. Very friendly staff too!. For me there's no body better!
