Contribuisci feedbackMy wife and I had two lunches here in the same week. We had the suckling pig and daily specials..all wonderful.I was discussing Amorone wine with Tony and he told me of the value of Ripasso that I did not know. I subsequently ordered this on the 2nd visit and found it great.Nice to have knowledgeable and friendly service. It is a regular for us when in Canberra..Go if you like genuine Italian well prepared and with the right flavour
The food was really good and the service was even better. It is unusual for the staff to be there when needed and not there when you don't need them. Italian & Sons managed this and with Italian flair. All of the dishes were excellent - would recommend for authentic Italian.
Came on a Saturday evening due to a recommendation in Delicious magazine. Place was packed but lots of staff meant service was quick and attentive. Portions aren't huge but quality was great and we managed to squeeze in three courses. Extensive wine list, but wines were all pretty pricey. Overall, quality can't be faulted but it's not the place for a cheap Saturday night pizza. Would definitely recommend for quality Italian cooking.
My wife and I visited this restaurant a while back, we came across the owner, and after that I was left wondering how is this restaurant surviving. He was rude, no matter how polite we tried to be so that he could behave in bit more friendly manner, this guy was rude to the bone. Worst possible experience, I will never be returning to this restaurant.
The food is good, but the decor is dull. The suckling pig special was delicious as was the pasta The room we ate in is like a log cabin and not a place you want to linger after eating.
