Smoqehouse - Bradenton Beach

My wife calls me a BBQ snob. One meal at Smoqehouse and I was hooked. This was not only the best food I’ve had on the island… but it’s possibly one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had PERIOD. On our first visit, I ordered the brisket burger. Wow! It was absolutely amazing! The second time… I ordered the rosemary chicken sandwich. It was sooo tasty. The fries and fry sauce are to die for. The staff is friendly and professional. The only negative I can possibly think of is… THEY NEED A BIGGER DINING ROOM. Because when the secret gets out… they will not be able to handle the crowds. Seriously. I can’t wait for our next visit. I’m a big fan.

A place with good sandwich options, good atmosphere, good music, busy, good selection of beers. Correct prices, there are not many parking spaces.

We were down here on vacation and stayed at a property right next to Smoqehouse, which was super fortunate because this place is great! The various pulled pork options were delicious. Fries were really good. While I love brisket, the brisket burger wasn't my favorite but worth a try. But went back more than once for the pulled pork options!

With over 2000 new homes built each year and a population growth of 20% year-over-year, the demand for quality BBQ is rising fast.
