Raymond was our waiter. he was personal, timely and professional. raymond made our entire culinary experience great. he looked after our commands and served exactly what we ordered. we will return soon.
Of 28 januar decided my family and I (a group of about 10) that we would go to applebee’s for the 13th birthday of my nephew. that was his choice of restaurant and we really wanted to give him what he wanted. Unfortunately, we were turned away from an rude hostess and a completely unprofessional manager who said they could not sit us because they were not properly occupied and a majority of their existing staff were new. I understand the lack of work and we had no high expectations, but we have expected a little more hospitality from the administration. although it was an unpleasant experience, we could sit on gecko’s in the same plaza. the manager there recommended the waiting period and their personal shortage, but welcomed us with open poor. we waited patiently and had a great experience with geckos. applebee’s on sr64 was formerly a great place with fantastic service, but clearly these things have changed. very regrettable!
I'm sorry to say it wasn't very good. the waiter was very nice and we didn't want to ruin his day so that we with the hard chicken fingers cold French french pieces) and fried chicken salad, which had an Asian flare on it!.
Chase was my serve/bartender he was super sweet and so welcoming. Totally recommend Tex mex shrimp bowl. 10/10 recommend chase and this place.
