Basil's Flame Broiled Chicken Ribs

My family and I have been going to basils at this location for a very long time now, but recently the service has been getting poor, prices are being raised yet food portions are getting smaller. And this isn’t my first time dealing with a half cup of beans or gravy with a dash of mashed potatoes etc. Something need to change!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I got chicken thighs with a side of mac n cheese. The thighs had no skin, no flavor, they were very small, and they were so dry and tough that they weren't even edible. The mac n cheese was the worst I ever had; I took one bite and threw the rest out. I'm surprised and so disappointed at how terrible the food is since there's so many good reviews. I do not recommend this restaurant. Service: Take out
