However, if you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food with a bit more depth and something unique, this isn’t the right spot. The food was decent but lacked strong flavors. In the end, I came here just to satisfy my pho craving since I was in a rush and unsure of where else to go.
This was our first visit, and we will definitely be returning! The staff was very friendly, and the food was outstanding. We tried the pho, chicken wings, and grilled pork banh mi, all of which were fantastic. They also offer Ding Tea drinks, which were excellent! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious!
Came here today and ordered a pho combination of chicken, beef and shrimp with chicken broth and an order of egg rolls. What use to be a flavorful and well stocked soup has turned into a watered down version of itself. A few strips of chicken and beef with two shrimp and a broth that's flavorless. I had to request, usually given with soup without asking, the plate that usually comes with cilantro, jalapeños, lime wedges, bean sprouts and sprigs of basil. The bean sprouts looked old, the basil looked like it had fungus (black patches), only three slices of jalapeños and no cilantro or culantro (cheaper alternative sometimes given). The bottles of condiments on the table looked dirty and the prices were insane. 8 months ago, we use to pay 7.99 with an up charge of $2 if you wanted the combo of meats, which is what we ordered this time. Except, Now it's $14.99 plus a $3 up charge for a small ball of rice noodles, small slivers of meat, two shrimp and unflavored broth! And did I mention, an ugly looking plate of veggies that you're supposed to add to your soup, yuk?! I understand that during these inflationary times you have to increase your prices but you don't have to decrease the quality. I don't mind paying a little more for good food in times like these but this was not it. We will no longer be coming here.
The food is AMAZING. I’m so picky about taste and every place I go always has bland chicken and beef that I have to drown out with my own cauces at home but I know when I get food here I can just start eating because it’s always so good. It’s also super soft it’s cooked well. The great boba is An added bonus to the food the yakults are so tasty
As soon as we walked in, one of the staff members spoke, but we couldn't hear her from a distance, so we approached the counter to order. To our surprise, she told us—quite rudely—that the kitchen was already closed! It felt as though she was silently saying, "Don’t you understand? Just leave!" When I asked if I could at least order a drink, the cashier said yes, so I placed my order for just one drink, even though I wanted more. I didn't want to overwhelm them since they seemed eager to close up. Then, the same woman came to deliver my drink and handed me a straw, which fell to the floor before I could even grab it. She was incredibly rude! Throughout all of this, I didn’t hear a single apology from her. My suggestion is to update your closing time online if you plan to shut the restaurant at 8 PM. There's no point in stating you're open until 8:30 if you're not actually serving customers until then. For some people, like myself, it takes 30 minutes to drive there. If you have to close early, simply inform customers politely—something like, “We’re sorry, but we need to close early today.” It’s simple and would go a long way. I'm sharing this review in hopes that someone will take notice. If I receive an apology, I will gladly delete this review.
