The Cuban sandwich is due. Crunchy bread hot melting cheese so delicious the meat. It's a must to eat. Owners are really nice. Food truck clean. Find her and eat her food!! The pictures are from the brisket basket. I have greens and beans. And all four of the Bbq sauce. Very good. Cuban still my favorite

Last minute saw food truck in our neighborhood.. Put what we wanted to do and got a BBQ.. Great food, good quality and very clean. Beautiful truck and trailers.. Too bad that some pages should come out so that we might just have to find them around the city one day..

I was at Peggy's Corral on 2/22/20 and CCSB served the guests a wedding that was celebrated together with Corral patrons. The aroma of food quickly attracted me. I saw the food truck over and it was absolutely impeccable....inside and out. Menu was clear and welcoming, with a large range of barbecue dishes and sides. I ordered the beef basket with onion rings and Mac as sides.... the meat obviously smoked for many an hour and was found as delicate as delicious. The beef was perfectly seasoned as it was stacked high on the roasted bungalow. Onion rings were crispy and not greasy, Mac was tender and cheesy. Best BBQ I've had a long time. Let us not forget the participants: friendly, friendly and clean as their portable kitchen. Last but not least, the shares and prices... were on the brand... with quality and quantity. Has made a big guy very happy. I would drive out my way to enjoy their BBQ offers again, and I will. Well done CCSB.

Every Friday they are in the parking lot of Ozark Bank for large grill, Cuban sandwiches pulled pork ribs with all sides and many other choices. I had her chicken tacos sooo good! Give them an attempt that you will not be disappointed!!

Food truck in-front of Home Depot several days a week. I stop by the food truck almost every other visit for the smoked sausage and I am never disappointed. Prices are good, staff nice, and quality food!
