I love my friends at this starbucks. My bf and I come here everyday to share a shaken espresso and they always have the best recommendations for us when new syrups/cold foams come in, know me by name, and are all just bundles of sunshine. Manager told me I would need to drive around again to pick up my mobile order. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks. I asked for a refund and the manager was rude and told me she couldn’t give refunds on app orders which is a complete lie. Go to the other locations this one is horrible and manager is rude.
