Taco Bell - Bradenton

2-5-22. this taco bell is open to business and the lobby is reachable it through is not the fastest, friendly slow. the cheeky Gordita crunch was good, pretty sharp. I asked for additional packages of sauce and she forgot, that was a good thing. if this evaluation was helpful, would you please give him a thumb up?

Absolute worst customer service you will find at any fast food restaurant anywhere. They make you order at kiosk and will not even acknowledge your presence. Tried to ask for my drink cup because it was literally 12 minutes after we ordered and nothing was done…completely ignored. There was an elderly gentleman that was struggling to use the kiosk. He asked for help and they told him they ‘were not allowed’ to help. I ended up helping him with his order. The whole time they had employees on break that just sat and stared. Horrible. To top it off the burritos we ordered fell apart the minute I opened one.

There was a reason I stopped coming here years ago and today was reminded why. Ordered the taco supreme deal. The first was bland the second was mushy at the bottom and the top of tortilla (edges were stale) the third one I bit into the paper sleeve 3 times. I didn't notice right away that while eating first ones this one drained so much grease out of it. Could not finish. #Nasty.

If your ordering from here plan on waiting 30 mins or longer they have the most disrespectful staff in town. Being a door dash driver the cashier MARYNA F. Told me they put those delivers to the back when they're busy. She wouldn't tell me her name and didn't even know her store number. When I went threw the drive threw and order 2 burritos for the reciept she was snotty and rude and couldn't even count change. Her excuse was that she was new!! All while her manager was throwing a party in the damn parking lot. Store number is 029585

My fiancé ordered online but I drove through to pick it up on my way home tonight because of a family emergency. I took the order and asked for a receipt. The cashier told me there was no receipt and it would be online. I was unable to check the order, so I took it and went home. Upon finally looking at the order, one of the drinks was completely wrong, and the drink they got right (a Sierra Mist) was just soda water. We were missing a chalupa from her box order, and two chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos (which were customized and added ingredients which adds to the cost). We were too far away to go back and nobody answered when we called the restaurant, so we had to file a claim on the app. DO BETTER TACO BELL
