Contribuisci feedbackThe service at this restaurant is terrible. They made everyone in line leave and park to wait for their food because they are focused on how long customers stay at the window. I really dislike this practice.
Terrible experience had today (Sunday October 4th between 11-12)... Not all but majority of staff there today were nothing but rude and had massive attitudes and need to learn manners and customer service skills. All staff in my compaint were female youth which we have had issues with in the past. I genuinely am not one for complaining because as a rule I think most of us have worked in retail or restaurant services however I cannot remember a time when I have had a more horrendous experience. They argued countless times with us. They got our order wrong twice and we had to drive back to get our coffees fixed (they argued again).. This location is closer to our house however we will not be returning. The Eagle and Yonge location is out of our way but we will be getting out coffees from there from now on.
The restaurant offers excellent service and serves the classic McDonald's menu. Customers can choose to pre-order, use the self-service kiosks, or go the traditional route and order with the cashier.
I have had multiple negative experiences at this restaurant located in Walmart. The service is extremely slow, with only two employees working on a Saturday. Hygiene does not seem to be a priority, as the employees touch everything without gloves, only using them to crack eggs. I believe the head office should be conducting spot checks at this McDonald's location.
This Christmas I tried the Jolly burger I hope it never goes away! I try to avoid the fast food but I do give in! I can't bring myself to eat healthy when I go I just love it!
